Link your Genie Solutions practice to Miraa via the Marketplace. OAuth2 credentials are securely exchanged.
Pull Patient Context
Before each consultation, Miraa pulls demographics, conditions, allergies, and recent observations from Genie.
AI-Assisted Documentation
During the consultation, live capture records the conversation. AI drafts structured notes enriched with patient context from Genie.
Clinician Review
The clinician reviews, edits, and approves every AI-generated draft. Nothing is sent without explicit approval.
Push to Genie
Approved notes, referral letters, and correspondence are pushed back to Genie as FHIR DocumentReference resources.

Important: Miraa provides prescription drafting assistance only. Every prescription must be reviewed, verified, and approved by the clinician through their existing prescribing workflow. There is no autonomous prescribing.

eRx Prescription Workflow Support
When medications are discussed during a consultation, Miraa can pre-populate prescription details as a draft. This is strictly a drafting tool — the clinician must review and approve through their existing prescribing system.
Integration with eRx Script Exchange is on the roadmap, enabling pre-populated drafts to flow into the clinician's prescribing interface for final verification and approval.
