Yes, every plan includes a 14-day free trial. You only start paying once the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.

Committing for a year lets us plan capacity and reduces payment overhead, so we pass the saving back to you. The effective monthly rate drops by roughly 30% versus paying month-to-month — each card shows exactly how much you save per year. Monthly billing stays fully flexible: pay as you go and cancel any time. Prices on this page default to the annual rate; flick the toggle to see monthly.

Miraa Connect is our AI phone receptionist — one clinic-wide line that answers calls, books and reschedules appointments, screens enquiries and forwards your existing number. It's a real, always-on telephony service, so it carries ongoing per-minute and number costs we don't incur on the other plans. That's why it unlocks only on Solo Ultra, Clinic Ultimate, Group Plus and Enterprise. It's a clinic-wide access gate, not a per-seat charge — you pay for the line once, not per clinician.

Miraa Orchestration is our workflow-automation layer. Once a consultation ends, it works through the post-consult tasks in the background — drafting the note, patient summary, letters, follow-ups and recalls — so everything is ready and waiting for you in one place. It supports clinicians; it does not replace them: every output is a clinician-reviewed draft, and nothing is finalised or sent without your sign-off. Because it builds on the house style Miraa has learned from your approved notes, it unlocks on Solo Max and Ultra, Clinic Ultimate, Group Plus and Enterprise.

Clinic and Group plans are billed per clinician seat because each clinician runs their own consultations, notes and house style. Per-seat pricing keeps it fair — you only pay for the clinicians actually using Miraa — and the per-seat rate steps down as you move from Clinic to Group, so larger teams pay less per head. Solo and Starter are single-clinician plans, so they're a flat monthly price.

Free includes 10 consultations a month and Starter 40 — plenty for students and new grads. Solo scales from 150 (Pro) to 500 (Max) to unlimited (Ultra), and every Clinic, Group and Enterprise plan is unlimited. If you approach a limit we'll let you know in good time, so a busy month never interrupts care — you can upgrade a tier or, where available, add a small overage rather than being cut off.

Yes. Verified medical students get the Free plan at no cost for the duration of their studies — no card required. Verify with your university email address or proof of enrolment. It's our way of helping you build strong documentation habits before you graduate; when you start practising you can move up to Starter or Solo whenever you're ready.

All prices on this page exclude any applicable sales taxes (e.g. GST). Where Miraa is required to collect tax, it's added at checkout based on your billing location and shown clearly before you confirm.

List prices are set in AUD. The currency selector converts them for reference using indicative exchange rates, your exact local amount is confirmed at checkout, where supported.

Seats are flexible on the Clinic and Group plans. Add seats any time, they're prorated to your billing cycle, and adjust down at renewal as your team changes.

Best Practice and Genie sync at launch, with Epic and Cerner connectors in progress. Group and Enterprise plans add API access for custom integrations.

Every plan is HIPAA-aligned, encrypted, and ephemeral by default. Nothing is saved without clinician sign-off, and every edit and approval is logged in a full audit trail.
